Good Service
Prime Cars indeed provides good service. We met with a few issues however; the staff was helpful and even provided us with useful insights. They are also willing to go the extra mile.
The showroom was clean and well organized but what I love the most was the children’s play area. I am a proud mother of three and I am glad that the little ones can be kept occupied. This gives us a peace of mind when shopping for a car.

I learnt about Prime Cars through their advertisement on the newspaper. That was how I came to purchase my car from them. Andy (Sales Executive) was extremely friendly and patient. The features I look for in a car are the style and performance. Andy was most willing to answer all of my questions; every question was answered with the same level of enthusiasm.
The showroom really impressed me as it contained the full range of models.
I have no suggestions for improvements as Prime Cars, in my opinion, is doing a good job.

Warm and friendly
As my child grows older, the need for a bigger car aroused. I began to actively seek car websites and went from showrooms to showrooms, as I wanted to get the best deals. It was on my third visit to Prime Cars when I finally made my purchase decision. Not only did Andy (Sales Executive) still remembered me but he also remembered what my requirements were.
What made me decide to buy from Prime Cars was the warmth and friendliness that Andy (Sales Executive) displayed. I could sense that he was genuine and he possessed in-depth knowledge. And I am deeply impressed with how relationships are formed instead of transactions.

Honest and Reliable Staff
I praise Prime Cars because the staffs are reliable. Prior to purchase, I had a lot of questions. They did their best to resolve all my questions. They were honest with me when they were not able to give me an answer and made the effort to find the answer for me. I also like the way they are able to make good recommendations.
Apart from that, the showroom was big and organized- making it easy to browse around.
